【摘要】:ThisguideisintendedtoprovidegeneralguidancetoHHWprogramsforacceptingandsegregatingmaterials,selectingamanagementmethod,andpackagingmaterialscollectedbyHHWprograms.1.1ThisguidecoversHouseholdHazardousWaste(HHW)programsforaccepting,segregatingandpackagingmaterialscollectedthroughHHWprogramstominimizetheriskassociatedwithmanagingthesematerialsandtoidentifyapplicableregulations.Thisguidedoesnotaddressstoring,vehicleloadingortransportingcollectedandpackagedmaterials.Thisguidedoesnotattempttodefinethehazardousnatureofmaterials.1.2Certainexistinglocal,stateandfederalregulationsapplytoHHWprogramoperations.Thisguidedoesnotreplacetheseexistingregulations,andisnotintendedtobeusedasthebasisforregulationsforHHWPrograms.Thisguidedoesnotreferenceallapplicableapplications,sinceapplicableregulationswillvary.HHWProgramsshouldresearchallapplicableregulationsbeforeestablishingamaterialscollectionprogram.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletoburiedcathodicallyprotectedmetallicstructuresandinfluencedbya.c.tractionsystemsand/ora.c.powerlines.Inthisdocument,aburiedpipeline(orstructure)isintendedasburiedorimmersedpipeline(orstructure),asdefinedintheStandardEN12954.Inthepresenceofa.c.interference,thecriteriagiveninEN12954,Table1,arenotsufficienttodemonstratethatthesteelisbeingprotectedagainstcorrosion.ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovideslimits,measurementsproceduresandinformationtodealwithlongterma.c.interferenceandtheevaluationofa.c.corrosionlikelihood.Eventhoughshortterminterferencecancausedamagestoburiedpipelines(e.g.arcfusion),thisstandarddoesnotdealwithshortterminterference.
