【摘要】:GeneralPurposeandIntent:4.1.1Thisstandardguideistoprovideastandardizedsystemfordescribingperformanceparametersofsingle-familyattachedanddetacheddwellings.Theuseofconsensusperformancestandardsforhousing,cansignificantlycontributetotheremovalofbarrierstotheacceptanceoftraditionalandinnovativehousingproductsandsystemsintheglobalmarketplace.Thisstandardguideinconjunctionwiththebalanceofthesetofstandardguidescanalsoservetoimprovecommunicationsbetweenproducersandconsumersleadingtoenhancedqualityandperformanceofhousing.4.1.2Thisstandardguide,inconjunctionwiththebalanceofthesetofstandardguides,willbeusefultomanagersofhousingprocurementprojects,homebuilders,designers,productmanufacturers,andevaluationservices.IndoorAirQualityIssues:4.2.1Theenvironmentwithinabuildingimpactsthehealthofthebuildingoccupantsandtheirsatisfactionwiththespace.Whilethisstandardonlyaddressesindoorairquality,thisaspectoftheindoorenvironmentisanimportantcomponentofaperformanceapproachtoresidentialbuildings.4.2.2Theperformancestatementscontainedinthisstandardguidearerelevanttotheprocurementofarangeofbuiltelementsrelatedtotheindoorenvironment,includingbutnotlimitedtothewholebuilding,theexteriorenclosure,HVACsubsystems,localexhaustsubsystems,otherventilationsubsystemsandtheircomponents,filtrationandaircleaningsubsystems,andbuildingmaterialsandfurnishings.1.1Thisguidecontainssuggestedperformancestatementsforsinglefamilyresidentialbuildings(attachedanddetached)thataddressindoorairqualityperformanceincludingindoorairpollutionandthermalcomfort.Theseperformancestatementsarenotpresentedasproposedrequirements,butarewritteninpermissivelanguageassuggestionsthatcanbeusedindevelopingspecificationstosatisfyuserneeds.1.2Thisstandardguidedoesnotaddressotheraspectsoftheindoorenvironmentsuchaslightingandacoustics.1.3Performancestatementsaddressingbuildingventilationandventilationratesarealsoincludedinthestandard,sinceitisprematuretobaseperformanceonlyonindoorairpollution,thatis,airbornecontaminantconcentrations.Whenhealthauthoritieshaveestablishedcontaminantconcentrationlimitsforresidentialenvironments,itmaybepossibletodefineindoorairqualityperformanceintermsofcontaminantconcentrationsratherthanventilation.1.4Thisstandardguideisoneinaseriesofguidescontainingperformancestatementsforresidentialbuildingsthatareintendedforuseintheprocurement,specificationandevaluationofone-andtwo-familydwellings.ThesecompanionstandardguidesincludethosenotedintheIntroductionabove.1.5Thisstandardguidealsoaddressesanumberofresidentialindoorairqualityissuesthatcannotbeexpressedasperformancestatementsatthistime.However,theyareimportantenoughtoincludeinthisguidetoatleastraisetheawarenessofthoseinvolvedintheprocessofprocurement,specificationandevaluation.Theseissuesareaddressedin.1.6Thisstandardguidedoesnotincludesiteplanningobjectives.However,certainissuesaddressingtherelationshipofbuildingtositehavebeencovered,anditisimportantthatthesefewobjectivesnotbeconstruedasacomprehensivesitespecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulat......
